“If you want to learn self defense, this is the place! I had seen the advertisement on Instagram for the women’s 5 weeks beginners classes. At first I was nervous but coach Brandon and Jasmine made me feel comfortable learning and belonging in the class. I left feeling excited for the next class! I met a bunch of ladies and made new friends. I finished class famished and had the ‘black belt’ açaí bowl made by Kiana, it was so yummy and replenished me! Can’t wait to continue my jiujitsu journey!!”
