“I have been taking Muay Thai classes here at OSMA . The teachers and the students are very respectful and careful, the place doesn’t have any bro culture , so you get top notch instruction in safe environment. You have some advanced students with black belts in other martial arts, so you get to see and learn some of the tricks they know. The only complaint I have is that they don’t stretch enough and get right into the techniques. The Muay Thai class is preceded by a BJJ class which is always packed ( no surprise it’s an amazing BJJ school ) , so even if you want to go early to stretch and warm up by yourself there is no space . None of the other students care about it , so I think it’s just my personal problem.”
