“I got to train at Panacea for a couple days while traveling on business, and I loved it! The head head coach Tony is an excellent teacher who did a great job explaining the techniques and identifying/correcting all of his students’ form. The atmosphere is also very welcoming and family oriented, while also encouraging to the more the more serious students. The facility is enormous with lots of mat space, and I could tell that all of the students there from all levels loved it, as well. Just based off of the instruction I received and the facility itself, I would recommend this gym to anyone in the area who wants to learn BJJ!”

“I was in the area for a family vacation and wanted to get some rolls in, so my son and I dropped by Panacea Aartial Arts for a Saturday open mat. We called ahead to make sure they would be open, and Tony made it a point to make sure we had some kids there for my 10yo son to roll with also. We had a good time hanging out and rolling with the people there. Tony was very welcoming and eager to help us improve our Jiu Jitsu while we were there, even though we were only dropping by for a single session. I would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone interested in Jiu Jitsu, in the Gulf Shores area. I'm sure we will drop in again on our next opportunity.”

“My kids have only been in Little Ninjas for a few months but already they are able to defend themselves and have learned so much respect. They have become tough about losing and work hard get better. It has made them better people and I would highly recommend this class to everyone 's kids!”
