“Our son was getting bullied in school and we decided it was time for him to build some confidence and learn how to effectively and safely protect himself. We had heard good things about Paragon so we gave it a try. 6 years later he is still training as well as my husband and myself. This gym is welcoming, knowledgeable and inclusive. As a woman I always feel comfortable training here. It is a clean and safe environment to learn one of the most useful forms of martial arts, jiu jitsu. They also provide Muay Thai classes. If you have ever been curious about learning self defense….come give it a try. First class is free. You will be hooked!”

“An awesome place to learn BJJ. BJJ here is an excellent workout. The mats are squeaky clean. The classes not only challenge your physical fitness, but mental fitness as well. Since coming to Paragon, I have become more confident and feel better about defending myself. BJJ is an excellent way to learn self-defense. Chris and Mallory are amazing instructors. Members of Paragon at this location are friendly and don't judge people for whatever previous martial arts experience they have. Great place to start your martial arts journey.”

“These guys are absolute studs! I was staying in the area and stopped by for an open mat. Everyone there was super welcoming and was happy to have me train with them! If you’re in the area and need a place to roll I would highly recommend checking this gym out!”
