“Wonderful Gym. I started my BJJ experience here nearly 6 years ago while going to school at Cal Poly SLO and have continued ever since. I moved to the bay area where I continued training jiu jitsu a few months after starting in SLO and have carried the fundamentals established at Paragon with my me along the way. I recently visited the area and rolled at the Sunday open mat in SLO. I was welcomed with open arms and the strong community experience I remember when I began training jiu jitsu.”

The instructor also took time to give me pointers on how to best use the techniques on a larger opponent. You can tell everyone is passionate about the practice.
