“I’ve trained BJJ with Charlie, Mike, Tad, and Vik for over a year—they’re amazing at helping you improve, whether for competition, self-defense, or fitness. The gym has a supportive, no-drama community and hosts seminars with world-class BJJ champions. The noon schedule is unique for Flushing and even attracts visitors from other top gyms. My family trains here, and the flexible schedule works well with our busy lives. The kids’ program is excellent, with great instruction and supervision. Parking is easy—I usually find a spot within a block (for now). Members are able to access the weight room to supplement any strength and conditioning training. Unlike the MTA, where fares rise and service declines — the gym has reinvested so much in itself for its members delivering quality, convenience, and value. Try it out and see you in class!”
