“I’ve been doing BJJ on and off since 2002. I’ve been to many gyms over the years, with varying degrees of quality and professionalism. PMAA is by far the best. The curriculum is well thought out and relevant, with clear expectations on the students. The kids class is very strong, and has produced some super tough competitors. Ryan’s technical level is high, with an emphasis on concepts and small details (the stuff that actually allows BJJ to work against a resisting opponent). Personally, my technical skill has greatly improved since I joined, and all the credit goes to PMAA. I would not hesitate to recommend PMAA to both experienced athletes and beginners alike.”
