The instructors are very knowledgeable and give their all to the students. “This is hands down a five star BJJ school. I had my son join the 4-7 year old class last year after being extremely bullied at school. This school has given/taught my son confidence, focus, respect for his peers/coaches/parents and endless friendships. Because of all the positive benefits, my husband and I have also recently joined. We love the welcoming environment and how much fun it is to learn something new with our son. I would recommend this school to anyone, kids, teens, adults. It's great for anyone looking to get physically and mentally strong, all while doing something fun.”

“I can’t possibly recommend this school enough. My son started at the age of 5, he’s been going 5 days a week for the past 10 months. Coach Garret and his team are absolutely top-notch. And more, they care. When you’re there, you’re family. It’s that simple! A wealth of knowledge and an abundance of heart, and hard training. A great combination for anyone who wishes to achieve excellence in BJJ.”

From my first class I was impressed by the owner and lead instructor’s, Garrett Lavaggi, ability to teach to all skill levels, including adults and children. The students and atmosphere are welcoming to beginners, but also competitive. I would highly recommend Pinelands BJJ.”
