Their goal is to be the best no gi school in the area. If you’re a female wanting to train no gi, Precision offers a safe, inclusive space to explore the art of no gi Jiu Jitsu. We have an all women’s class which is a good way to start your BJJ journey. Once you feel confident in your new skills, you are encouraged to try some of the coed classes which will compliment your training. They hold an open mat 3x a week and as a mum of two young kids I love that I have the opportunity to get some good no gi training in but I’m not beholden to strict time constraints. The open mats have been particularly good for my training because sometimes life with kids means you need flexibility in the schedule and the open mat runs until the last person is done rolling. Shawn and Alex have a way about them that makes you feel appreciated for what you bring to the mats that day. Personally, I’m always looking to meet more like minded women who want to train. Precision provides the space for people to come together to be better at Jiu Jitsu.”
