“Wonderful training from the best of the best. This place is open to all, whether you're a hobbyist or a competitor. It does not matter if you are a beginner or if you are advanced. There is a place for everyone here. Coming back from ACL reconstruction surgery with goals of competing, this gym has been the right fit for me. I feel as if men and women treat me well during rolls and have been mindful about my injury. I do the women's classes as well and I love the positive energy these women have. In addition to this, all the instructors here are never annoyed with questions. No such thing as a dumb question. This gym wants to give you the opportunity to learn something new. “Prime BJJ is an excellent team and great environment. I joined in May 2022 and was immediately welcomed into the family by Coach Cam and Professors Marcelo & Ali. My year at Prime was full of growth in not only my jiu jitsu, but also my sense of discipline and character, as well as a sense of community, especially with my female teammates and my fellow white belt buddies. I really miss my teammates, since I have just moved away, but we still keep in touch and support one another from a distance- that says something to me! “Recently visited from out of town and dropped in for a few days, where I️ had a great experience every time I️ trained at Prime BJJ. As a woman and someone who's still relatively new to the sport, I was very encouraged to see how quickly I felt comfortable at an academy that wasn't my own, which speaks volumes of the community & culture that's been intentionally fostered here. Professor Marcelo & Coach Ali were both extremely knowledgeable; they provided amazing instruction & were incredibly intentional in creating fun, yet challenging environments for students to learn & train.
