Every class you come out better than you did before. George has done a great job teaching all of his students including myself to be better practitioners. George also teaches kids classes so it is also opened to kids who want to learn self defense as well as getting into an extra curricular activity. The gym is clean and the membership is reasonably priced. I highly recommend visiting Prolific BJJ if you are looking to get into Jiu Jitsu”

“I started coming to Prolific at the beginning of this year, on a recommendation from a friend. And I’m so glad I listened to them. It started with just one class that I attended (Muay Thai), and slowly started picking up other classes, lead by great instructors who are experts in their field of study. Halfway through the year, they introduced a class on Sunday, Self Defense, which also an all women’s class (an absolute plus!). The instructor, Maria, is phenomenal. She takes the time to explain the basics of all fields of martial arts and combines it into one class for us to learn to defend ourselves in real life situations. Highly recommend this class to any woman who is looking to look out for the wellbeing of herself and loved ones.”
