“If anyone is looking to get their children into jiu jitsu (or even any kind of physical activity), this is the place to go. HIGHLY recommend. They are all very welcoming and friendly. My children are 4 and 6 years old, both very shy, and they both absolutely love going here. They will count down the days/hours until their next class time. Wayne and Mallory are great with the kids. The things taught during class are not too much for the kids, but they still get that workout (and get to make new friends). Everything seems to be taught like a game, so the kids are learning but having a blast while doing it! My husband has even joined the adult classes, and so far enjoys every minute of it.
