They enjoy the classes and most especially love their coaches!! Coach Jaime and Coach Thien are both great and very good at knowing when the kids are ready for a challenge and competition. They don’t force it, but the kids see the older athletes who also train there and it seems to inspire the younger ones to focus their energy and improve their skills. While the kids are in their classes, my partner and I have started cross training with Coach Zac. It has been so effective on our health, weight loss and strength building.
