Explore Jiu Jitsu Techniques“I have been taking jiujitsu classes at Reding for a little over a year now. It has been such a positive, and challenging, experience! As a woman, I appreciate the women’s only class that happens once a week, but I also find all the co-ed classes to be very welcoming and enjoyable. My self confidence has grown by learning to defend myself and I would highly recommend Reding to people of all experience levels. 10/10!”
“I wish I'd started sooner! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with open arms, and that positivity has been constant. This gym is more than just a place to train, it's a community where strangers become friends and then family. Professor Mark works tirelessly to cultivate a supportive environment for learning and growth. The gym's investment in its members is evident, and they truly strive to help everyone improve. Whether you're a beginner, a hobbyist, or a serious competitor, this gym is for you.”
“My son did bjj and judo here. The staff was very friendly. They addressed every concern I had. My son got hurt and was hesitant about going back on the mat but the staff encouraged him to do it and not to give up. For the price it's wonderful multiple classes a week. Their GIs are thick so they don't wear down easy. The only downside is they don't have a location near arlington. 10/10 recommend for anyone.”
“I was in town for the week in Texas visiting from Ohio, I stopped by to check out the classes and the coaches and the students were very welcoming. I learned a lot and I highly recommend both the Muay Thai and bjj classes. I felt like I was at home. I will be back to visit.”
“Reding Martial Arts is a phenomenal place to train, whether it be your first time or you have decades of experience. I attended Reding strictly for BJJ and felt very welcomed by all of the other students, professors, and by Mark Reding himself. My passion for BJJ grew rapidly and there were some weeks where I was training 5 times per week. There are many classes options and times for both BJJ and other martial arts. I highly recommend anyone, adult or child, who is looking to train BJJ to attend Reding.”
