“It's a great school for kids and adults. I had been looking into different schools in the area, in my mid 40s, for a year after training with Tim Kennedy at Sheepdog Response. I had worked at a previous martial arts academy years ago and this is definitely a better environment! I joined and immediately signed up both my 5 year old and 7 year old. We've been there for 3 months and it is a great school. The kids love it and the instructors are great. They take their time with the kids, and adults, and there are many classes available to accommodate work schedules. Everyone is friendly and it is a great atmosphere.
