They also often and regularly compete in BJJ competitions which in the last year brought home a ton of medals from different competitions over New York Coach Matt is the Muay Thai coach for RGW who is a very experienced striker who has trained under very talented striking coaches. His workouts and classes are very intense and will have you sweating and out of breath, he will also take the time to make sure you get every technique down to the last detail. He’s also a very funny guy who will make you laugh as you’re getting in a good workout. I would recommend RGW to anyone who wants to learn self defense and get a good workout while doing it”
