“Just moved to town and was looking to find a place close by that I could take boxing or kick boxing classes. I haven’t taken a boxing class in YEARS and it’s definitely not the same as hitting a bag by myself. They were great with making sure that I had foot placement right and taking me through step by step. There were plenty of experience levels there and I’m excited to be able to start meeting people here in the area.”

“I took my son in to see if he would like to try it out, (he's a bit on the shy side). Jimmy and Bobby took him under there wing and made him feel like he had been there for years. Made him feel like part of the family. They made me feel the same. I am trying to get my daughter to go for self defense. I'm excited to see the self confidence build in my son. Thank you to all the coaches. I should have done this a long time ago.”
