“Great place for adults and kids! I joined in January and love the cardio, skills and camaraderie of the other students. My sons saw how much I was enjoying it and improving my confidence that they asked to join in June. The coach is an excellent teacher and my sons really love going to class and try to never miss a day. They especially like Friday kid classes where they play games. Highly recommend to all ages if you're looking to learn a new skill, get a great workout and have fun!”

“Ric is amazing with kids - fun, patient, and firm when needed. My kids love him and the other instructors there. They do a great job with all ages and accept kids as young as 4 years old. You can try out a FREE WEEK of classes (for kids or adults) - no strings attached and super fun. You should definitely check this place out!”
