“Warning. Gave written notice of cancelation to rice bros, was not honored. Gave to lady who said she was office staff and i did not check account. Moved. RB kept withdrawing. $4k till I caught it. Would not refund a penny or return calls , would not tell me who the lady was working in the office. She was a slender, Caucasian, adult student at RB who worked at shasta hospital. I was trying to arrange my mothers funeral, no kidding. She said not to worry about it, it would be handled. These two are no bros. Update: RB "tried to work it out" response is a fabrication, they did nothing to work things out, I could not get a call back ever. Brother said he would talk to tanner, never called back despite repeated calls. Ripoff followed by dishonesty. They may have been sorry for the loss of my mother, but they kept all of my 4 grand.
