“This is a great place to learn Jiu Jitsu. Very friendly environment with amazing instructors. I have practiced other martial arts in the past. However; Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has been the most interesting of all by far. It almost simulates a chess match when you are sparring, but most important, it teaches you other aspects of life besides being an extraordinary body and mind exercise. I have been a student in Professor Surprenant for about five months now and I have to say that it has been an excellent journey from day one.”
