Explore Jiu Jitsu Techniques“This place is bad as an experience of a child all the kids here for the most part dislike this gym. I have many problems with this place such as; I have seen kids eating ramen off the floor but the staff decides to get made at me for climbing a rock wall I will be providing a video of the rock wall. But then after that I went to talk to Mrs. Jessica about how HER SON was eating up off the ground and how I disliked that I was getting scolded for climbing a rock wall. She then repetitively, cutting me off kept say that she doesn't care. Acting like my 7 year old brother. She then asks how old I am, I say 14 and she tells me to act my age, whilst she is acting like a child, and I am taking a mature approach to tell her respectfully what is wrong with her place, you could even say I was acting older than my age. They also have really rude staffing with my experience I buy snacks for my friend and I almost everyday and a lot of the time I get shut down by their daughter by very rude and sarcastic remarks. She always claims that snack bar isn't open. Now I am saying this for me and a lot of other kids that go here I have been trying to stop going here for a while now but overall it's so annoying that I get in trouble for being inside because there is no one inside which is fair but is stupid because they are perfectly staffed to do so. But when I am outside I get in trouble for using equipment how it is intended to be used because if you look at the video I attached no way they didn't intend for kids to climb up the rock wall.”
“My children attended this place for 2/3 months and in this short period of time my son was forgotten to be picked up from school, Seth told the kids “children don’t deserve any respect”, Josh told both of my children to shut up and when my daughter told him “you shut up, the world doesn’t revolve around you” he responded, “right now it does”. Lyza, cursed at my daughter. Emily screams at the children, is extremely aggressive and argumentative. The building appears to be a warehouse with no ventilation and the children complain it’s ALWAYS HOT inside. I was told there would be a snack bar for the children to buy lunch if need be, I sent my children with cash for lunch and randomly without warning the snack bar was closed causing me to miss work for an hour so I could bring my children food when ANY adult could have let me know before hand. These people show favoritism between the children, the owners kid bully the other kids but when the kids stand up for themselves they get scolded. I paid $140 a week for my two children to attend, my kids attended a Monday (yesterday) I only reserved a $20 refund for Tuesday-Friday after I withdrew my kids. With the lack of patience and professionalism, I highly do NOT recommend.”
“I've been training at Rillion Gracie for a couple of years, and it's been an amazing experience, The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, making it a welcoming environment for all skill levels. I've seen great improvements in my technique and confidence. Plus, the community is fantastic everyone encourages each other. Whether you're here to compete or just get fit, Rillion Gracie is the perfect place to train. Highly recommend.”
“I was visiting from out of town and decided to drop in for a class at Alliance Jiu-Jitsu Panama City — and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the staff and students were incredibly welcoming and professional. They made it easy to jump right in, even loaning me a clean, high-quality gi so I could train comfortably. The instruction was top-notch. The coach took time to explain techniques clearly and made sure everyone, regardless of experience level, felt included and engaged. The environment was respectful, focused, and very beginner-friendly while still challenging for more advanced practitioners. As someone who’s dropped in at various gyms while traveling, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. If you're ever in Panama City and want to train with a world-class team that treats visitors like part of the family, Alliance Jiu-Jitsu is the place to go. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back next time I am in town.”
“Me and my kids have been training BJJ, TKD, and Muay Thai last couple years. The instructors and my teammates are awesome. Be patient, trust the process and be consistent in any of the arts and you won’t be sorry🤙”
