“I had the pleasure of attending a living Muay Thai summit at Rise 8 Training Academy over the weekend. The facility was fantastic. The head Muay Thai instructor Keith is a wealth of knowledge and has a great demeanor and teaching process. The training mats are top of the line and after spending 3 days for 6-8 hours a day your body will know you trained on a quality structure/setup. Ultimately the instruction and facility is head of the class.”

“Clean, friendly environment. Small class sizes, so instructors give plenty of personal instruction. Both instructors are great. My 13 year old daughter tried 2 other gyms in the Pittsburgh area and this is the one she stuck with. Everybody made her feel at home the moment she stepped into the gym. Would highly recommend it.”
