“My 6 year old started attending Rise Up almost a year ago and a couple months later I also enrolled my 14 year old. Coach Lauren is exactly what my 6 year old needs in a coach. She is the perfect balance of patience and assertiveness. She encourages the kids but also keeps them focused. Before taking my teen to jujitsu classes, she was depressed and had no drive for anything. She was very reluctant to try jujitsu but after her first trial class, she was begging me to enroll her.
