“I was visiting from FL and Rising Sun was the first school to pop up on my search near where I was staying. I’m so glad it was. Trained 3 nights and everyone was really cool. Great training atmosphere, tough rolls, and really friendly people! There was a lot of talent in the room! Dennis is a great person and instructor! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town and I highly recommend you check them out if you live nearby and want to start training! You won’t regret it!”

“I started doing BJJ here in the beginning of the year and I love it. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and has a great family vibe. Everyone is friendly and helpful and more than willing to share their knowledge. The instructors communicate well and ensure that you understand what you're doing before moving on and are very encouraging. I only wish I had more time to spend at this place.”
