“Came to my first no gi class tonight. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. Facility is nice and clean. Atmosphere is fun and cheery. As the only female, I was truly impressed with the manners and care each grappler had while rolling with me (I’m small). The knowledge each person shared during our rolls was pretty kind as well. I really love this place! Mike does an outstanding job to keep this operation a well-oiled machine. This place is special! Oh and they have a super fruit bowl food truck right outside (Friday night) to compliment the workout!”
