“Awesome instruction. I’m a beginner and Jared has really taken the time to develop my game. For me personally, BJJ creates great goals and purpose outside of class for overall fitness. “My girls (ages 8 & 11) started about a month ago with literally no martial arts experience at all. They have already learned so much and truly enjoy every class. The gym is super clean, the coaches are welcoming, friendly and patient and the flexibility of classes is great. They look forward to every visit and ask when their next class is.”
