“I started going to RMNU knowing absolutely nothing about Jiu-Jitsu or Judo. That was nearly 4 years ago and I continue to train regularly. Every member here is down to earth, helpful, and everyone wants to have fun while learning the sport. I started this journey when I was approaching 40 years old, I am not competitive, and have no desire to compete. I like the coach/community, the intense cardio workout, and the challenge of learning this sport. Stop in and give it a try. You may get addicted as well.”

“My kids (6 and 9 years old) love going here for Judo classes! It gives them a great workout and they enjoy the physical activities with the other students. The instructors are very welcoming and there’s a teenage girl who helps teach the younger kids who’s very patient. I’d highly recommend RMNU in Rockton.”
