“We have visited more than one BJJ facility, each with different perks. But Rockstar South Frisco is by far our favorite for many reasons. One, the energy! Once you walk in, the families are welcoming and engaging. The coaches play a role in this as well, they emit genuine attitude of caring for your kids. Coach Lucas is a natural with the kids, he doesn’t have to say much to be taken serious. He does not take it easy and has high expectations of the kids but it always followed by a pat on the back or smile and words of encouragement. If your child wants to be competitive, this is definitely the place to be as they have a competition team with expectations on attendance to be able to compete. This also comes with advanced classes and ongoing competition training. Essentially, once you are here it becomes family. Couldn’t love it more.”
