“Great Jiu-Jitsu gym for kids (adults too!)..We found out about Rodrigo Gracie from a school friend. After our son experienced some bullying issues, we decided it was time to have him learn some self defense skills. The instructors are awesome and really care about their students. Not only do they teach Jiu-Jitsu, they teach respect & kindness. A few things stand out to me about this gym - it’s spotless; the owner, Rodrigo, actually teaches the classes; also, all the instructors know their stuff and have a great command of the classes. They offer a free trial class and I can without a doubt recommend this Jiu-Jitsu school. They’re also opening a location in the Peninsula Shopping Center next year.”

The school is immaculately clean. Very spacious. It offers kids programs for bully prevention. Everyone here is incredibly kind and friendly. “My daughter and I both attend classes. It’s a very family friendly place, professor Rodrigo and all the coaches are great with kids. There is a downstairs play area where they can play while waiting for class or after it. The other families have all been friendly and welcoming. I have been really impressed with the growth my daughter has undergone, both in her confidence and jujitsu technique. Watching my daughter is what inspired me to join as well. The adult classes are challenging, but professor Rodrigo and the coaches are patient and encouraging. It’s also an amazing workout. I highly recommend it.”
