“I’ve been training at this gym for about two years now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made! From the moment I stepped on the mats, I felt welcomed by both the coaches and the students. The atmosphere is super supportive and inclusive, no matter your skill level. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, there’s always something to learn. The instructors are top-notch, with a deep knowledge of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and an amazing ability to break down techniques in a way that's easy to understand. They’re always patient and encouraging, pushing you to improve without overwhelming you. There’s also a great balance of intensity and fun in the classes, so you get a solid workout while enjoying the process of learning. What I really appreciate is how much emphasis they place on respect and camaraderie. It’s not just about winning, but about growing together as a team. The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a great vibe that makes you want to come back for every class. If you’re looking for a place to train, build confidence, and improve your Jiu Jitsu skills, I highly recommend stopping in for a trial. You’ll be in great hands! PS: Several members commented 25-35 minutes for training which says a lot about the quality of training and culture offered.”
