“I trained with Coach Keir to restart my BJJ journey. What's great is he teaches fundamentals as well as more advanced techniques you can either integrate into your game or at least be aware of so you can defend. He's also got a great sense of humor and keeps the vibe of the gym light and fun whereas some traditional gyms can be very stuffy and intimidating.”
