“Love this gym!! My kids have been going to the Jiu Jitsu class for over three years, and it has been great for them. Not only have they learned lots of skills and techniques, they have also formed a close-knit community of hard-working and healthy-minded people. Coach Allen and Coach Shane are incredible - creating an environment where kids practice their leadership skills, work ethic, and resiliency. The women’s kickboxing class is also great! Sam is a great instructor with fun and fresh workouts. I love that I can get my workout in while my kids are in their class.”

“Awesome atmosphere for kids and adults. Whether you are experienced or a beginner this an excellent place to train at. My family and I have been training here for over 3 years and we love it. I have been training jiujitsu and MMA for over 11 years and have been to many gyms and academies. Rose Martial Arts Academy is by far the tip of the spear when it comes to training and learning martial arts.”

“Top notch training for any level and age. My whole family (husband, wife, kids) trains and we all get so much out of it. Sulphur Springs and the surrounding area is lucky to have this gym. The professors break down instruction and techniques so that it is easy to understand while maintaining a culture of growth and respect.”
