Explore Jiu Jitsu Techniques“My son and I have had a great experience at this establishment. The environment is welcoming and friendly. Jennifer is an amazing help with admissions and uniforms. Coach Stan, coach Jessica, and the other coaches create a fun a safe environment for learning. I enjoy the one on one interaction with the coaches have with the children. When students are working one on one with their peers coaches provide feedback and are hands on in ensuring movements are done efficiently. I can’t wait to sign up for an adult class and learn from these phenomenal coaches.”
“This gym is by far the most enjoyable one I've been to in the area. The atmosphere is great and from students to instructor everyone immediately made me feel welcome. Jiu-Jitsu can be very intimidating but this gym has made it a lot more approachable for me. The gym itself is great. Ample mat space for any intensity level and the whole gym was very clean. Im looking forward to spending quite a bit of time here learning from some of the best.”
“As a new white belt I find this gym teaches the fundamentals thoroughly and gives ample time to practice them. Classes are well planned and the community is supportive. I recommend attending the trial classes to see if it's right for you.”
“I have been doing jiu-jitsu for a long time now and wanted to get my daughter to learn. This place offers a perfect balance of fun and discipline. The techniques they teach are practical and easy to learn for kids. Most importantly, the facility is super clean.”
“Long Review: Are you a disabled veteran? Older? Bigger or not in shape? Are you a lady that might not want to train with 20 year old spasmodic kids trying to compete in tournaments? I have been here a few months, but my son has been training for a year. So I feel that my review is fair and unbiased. If you’re any of the aforementioned groups, this is a great place to start or end depending on your journey. I am a bigger, disabled veteran. I have been wanting to train for some time, for (mental health & physical reasons). After getting to know Stan (Our Coach) and Jess (his wife) that assists with the kids class, I have nothing but amazing things to say about them. My son (as I mentioned) has been here 1 year, he loves this school, his teammates and his coaches, he doesn’t want to miss a day of training bc he is so engaged. As for me and any others who may share a similar journey or haven’t found their place. This is is it man! Come thru, say what’s up, come try a class and see that our culture is legitimately like a family. No crazy expectations, work at your own pace, Coach Stan understands that a 300lb person can’t move like a 20 year old 120lb male. There is no discrimination or bad attitudes, only acceptance. I was nervous too, but I wouldn’t change my choice to do what I did and that is to earn my white belt in BJJ at F2W Fayetteville. See you on the mats?”
