Great instruction with a knowledgeable instructor! This program challenges you to become better at BJJ while getting in great shape and having a good time doing so. Very personable experience and you definitely feel like your part of the team while training here.

My son trained here for bjj and muay thai a couple of years ago, and has dropped in for class since. He really enjoyed his time there, and we can't speak highly enough of the coach and staff.

Went out to Winston Salem for a business trip and wanted to find a place to roll. Been practicing BJJ for 6+ years now in AZ. Rick and the rest of the group were great. Everyone was super friendly, Rick is very knowledgable and a great instructor. If you are in the Winston Salem area and are looking for a great BJJ gym - you have to check Rick and RSCP BJJ at Eight Points out!

I have been taking Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from Rick Screeton of RSCP BJJ since April of 2014. Professor Screeton is an excellent teacher and instills good fundamentals and pushes his students physically and mentally. He is good with adults and kids, alike and treats both with respect and instills discipline. I respect Rick and enjoy every class, BJJ is exhausting, a great work out for your mind and body. Come and find out for yourself and roll with us.
