“Great family gym! Both of my boys and myself have been training here since mid 2024 and love every minute of it. Coach Roger pushes us all to be a better version of ourselves while keeping the mood playful and fun. The kids classes are a great way to keep my boys active and to burn off excessive energy. The adult classes are as intense as you make it. Love the gym, love my teammates, plan to stay for as long as I can.”
