And it made it super easy to get to work on time without missing breakfast or a shower! The mats were perfectly clean. The bathrooms were perfectly clean. But the technique was the cleanest of all! Crisp, clean, safe, effective technique. We worked standup, which I’m always grateful for. And I got some solid adjustments to both my arm drag and my Russian tie up. Perfect way to start the day. If you’re looking for a place to train and think you can’t make it work with your schedule——you’re wrong! Check them out!”
