“I was in town for a cooking competition and had my Gi with me. This was one of the most challenging gyms of my entire Jiujitsu Experience. We learned some wrestling style arm drags into single leg takedown. I'll definitely be incorporating some of this into my game. It was a pleasure to train here. I'm very thankful for Coach Salter and his students for the warm welcome. The rolls were tough. It's obvious everyone here is very competitive. A very humbling experience, I learned a lot from this gym. I was blown away. I was getting shredded by basically every belt level. Very fun. One thing to note for people from out of town: I chose to walk there since it was only about 3 miles and this area of town is not walk able at all. Mostly car dealerships and sidewalks are not really a thing.”
