“Santiago, his BJJ program, his upper rank students/instructors, the general training atmosphere he has cultivated, is outstanding and a true hidden gem found right here in Jourdanton, Texas. I have trained for many years in Jiu Jitsu and am a former martial arts school owner -so my opinion about this should carry some weight. If you are looking to learn real, applicable skills in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, if you are looking to get in shape in a safe environment free from aggressive and unchecked ego’s sometimes found in bigger academies, this is your place. Mr. Garza trains in both gi (traditional uniform) and no-gi classes and can easily accommodate the needs of new and seasoned students. Anyone who trains in his program will agree that we are lucky that he chose to have his program here in Jourdanton/Pleasanton. My only regret is not finding this place sooner.”
