“I began my Jiu Jitsu journey here. Such an awesome place to learn about an amazing sport. The owner is very knowledgeable, with a passion that spills over to the students. I really respect and appreciate the philosophy and approach to the education. Although this is a combat sport, there is a strong emphasis on safety here. During drills and mat conversations, there is clear guidance on how to ensure both us and our partners can stay healthy, so we can come back day after day to train. But their is also a good progression of building the fundamental skills. I think there is a good balance of making it challenging and engaging, but everyone can go as hard or as slow as they need to depending on their experience. We are learning at a good rate, and, for now, the academy is small. So we get a lot of individual attention. Over time, I can definitely see this school growing. I feel like one day I'll be able to say, "I was there when that place first opened!" My son is still too young, but the kids class looks like fun too I know I just started, but I totally drank the Kool-aid. This place is awesome! Come train with us in a fun and friendly environment 👍”
