If you're looking for great grappling, striking, and MMA coached by some of the best coaches in the world, this is the place for you. If you're looking for meat heads and thugs then go elsewhere. It's more of a family friendly environment but, don't let that fool you, they cultivate skilled fighters and martial artists!”
