However, when you're just trying to price out affordable MMA gyms, having even a rough estimate is essential. It’s frustrating not being able to get basic pricing information over the phone when trying to make an informed decision. Transparency matters, especially for those of us on a budget. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel like my time and needs weren't valued.”
