I was able to drop in for an open mat with Tyler and crew. Everyone was very friendly and the range of belt levels was great. I wanted to check it out for my nieces. After talking and training with Tyler and many of the students I had no hesitation recommending them to my sister for the kids. Lots of green flags walking in the door, like kids having a separate mat space and having fun running around and multiple women at the open mat. I was told that they are in the process of moving to a larger space which tells me that they are growing and generally gyms only grow when the students like and coaches and are finding the success they want in the gym, which was another good sign. I will be dropping in with them again next time I am in town.

I’m in town for work and sent a message about stopping in. They quickly responded that they would love to have me. When I showed up Tyler greeted me as I walked through the door. There were also good amount of women there so that helped make me feel more comfortable. The instruction and drilling was great and everyone was nice and very welcoming (it was a good size class). I would definitely go back and recommend for anyone to try it out.

Great school and great Professor. I was visting from the Philippines and whenever Im in Oklahoma, Scrap City is my go to gym. People are friendly and very accomodating. Professor Tyler is very knowledgeable and really digs into details of the position. I have so much fun rolling too, perfect place to roll, lots of wrestlers and grapplers. Scrap City is my home away from home.

Great team to train with! I was in town for a week and they let me train with them. I went to 3 classes and the professor definitely knows what he is doing (pretty funny as well). If you are looking for a gym a live in the OKC area this is your spot!!!

I switched to Scrap City about 4 months ago and LOVE this place! Tyler and Ashley are very informative and both have a passion for BJJ. My kids love coming here and have made a lot of friends. Scrap City just feels like home!
