“Wow! What a great family and great experience! We stopped in to check with the professor in the morning and watched them teach and roll during the 1030 AM class. Professor Penha talked about his philosophy and his background in BJJ starting in Brazil. He is a 7th Degree Black/Coral belt. We told him we train at a small gym back in Tampa and he happily invited us back for the afternoon class. The instruction was precise and started from simple to more advanced followed by several rolls. Both my son and I rolled with higher belts that treated us firmly but fair and gave us tips along the way. This is now my gym whenever I am in town again and I recommend you visit too!”
