“The coaching is second to none. Coach Roy does a great job of finding ways to meet you where you are at and make jiu jitsu make sense. Though the coaching is great the environment is even better. It is a great family enviroment with everyone trying to help each other out on their own BJJ journey. If you looking to start or are trying to find a BJJ school, this is the place to go!”

“Came to their Saturday open mat from 11am-1pm. Professor Roy was very welcoming and friendly. I had a great experience training during their open mat session and got some good rolls in. If you’re looking for quality rolls and good vibes in the Silverlake area, come check them out.”

“Me and a good friend went out to an open mat to get some rolls in while in town and were treated like family! It felt like being at my home gym and my friend is most likely getting back into Jiu Jitsu after 10 yrs due to this visit because he loved it. Definitely can’t say enough good things about everyone we met and will always recommend them to our friends visiting the area. We will also be back for sure!”
