“Slightly late review here, but wanted to thank Nick for welcoming us into the jiu-jitsu gym for my son’s 2nd birthday back in April. I was looking for a large (padded if possible) space for him to be able to run around and have fun and that’s what we got. “I trained there for just over a year before life got crazy. I had never wrestled or anything before so I was brand new to the sport and such. Took about 8 months off and in that time I moved to Texas. When I got to Texas I wanted to start back up and here’s my shoutout to Coach/Owner/Professor Shannon, Billy, Bryan Smith. Wanted to say thank you again for teaching me what you could in the small amount of time I was there with my buddy. As you know, I moved to Texas and just started back into jitzin and the gym dudes down here thought I was “mid level blue belt” the way I move and such.
