“Good vibes. Family friendly and welcoming. Beautiful facility. The best introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu I could have hoped for. I started training here because it was near me. The training is great for kids and adults, beginner or advanced. While the focus is on BJJ, Professor Jaz is also expert in MMA, Judo, Muy Thai, kenpo, wrestling and all other forms of grappling. Teachers teach in a way that is easy to understand. No politics and a real cultural/ohana feel.
