“Took my nine year old to the 6-9 year old class at 4:30pm. The instructor, can't remember his name, was really good with the kids. Good place for kids to learn some discipline and structure, meet friends, and gain confidence. Not to mention invaluable self defense skills. Really reasonably priced and offers a free trial period. PS: There is a waiting list depending on age groups, I don't know all the details.”

Every question is answered and each student's personal journey is never taken lightly. The actual facility is new and the state-of-the-art mats made it my first and only choice. “This gym and the people in it are the reason I started (and have continued training) Jiu Jitsu. We got our oldest son signed up first, then I decided to check out the women's class and was hooked from the first night. Our youngest son ended up wanting to sign up as well. We ended up training there for a year. I wish I had found this place and group of people when we first moved to Clovis. The gym is clean, the coaches are great and the sense of community is unmatched. Your kids will learn about respect, humility, and persistence. Coach Daniel knows how to push students to challenge themselves and motivate them. After having to move to another area and checking out some other gyms, there is truly no place like Silverback. Don't pass up the opportunity to meet some amazing people and learn an art that makes you a better person.”
