“I am a member at another gym but have wanted to do an open mat here for a while. So I came in to the open mat on Labor Day 9.2. Had great rolls. The folks were super friendly, engaging and kind. The mats were clean and in great shape. You can see there is a great vibe here for folks of all skill levels to enjoy. I look forward to coming back on open mat days and continuing to learn from these folks. Thank you for having me today!”

The teachers here take the time to make sure I understand the techniques before moving on. A warm and welcoming environment to learn and become a better version of yourself.”
