Derek is very good with instruction and always breaks down the technique with very detailed instruction. Great coach, very friendly staff and students, always welcome”

You want a great place to train and get some of the best instruction in the area, you've found the right place. “I'm visiting from out of state, and everyone here was SUPER welcoming. Got to get in some rolls and everyone was great about meetinge aty level and not just smashing me. Would 100% recommend SIMS Martial Arts Academy to anyone interested in wrestling or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Keep up the great work!”
