Each instructor is well versed in multiple styles of self defense and doesn’t mine taking the time to break down the instructions for beginners. An exceptional martial arts school for competition, self defense, weight loss or just plain fun. A great place to teach one’s kid self control, discipline, confidence, defense, and restraint . I Highly recommend this school for any individual no matter the age.”
